Anytime you walk up to him he flips out because he’ll do ANYTHING to get those scratches! No surprise he is littermates to cuddle rival, Wilbur. Frank is a strong team dog who never has an issue, he’s reliable, confident and demanding! He’s a solid member of the team, so we give in to his endless cuddle demands.
